Ningbo Junling Mould Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Die Casting Park Zone, Beilun District, Ningbo, a coastal city with a strong atmosphere of modernization, industrialization and commercialization. Junling Mould enjoys very convenient transportation and a good geographic location, which connects such facilities as Lishe International Airport, the big international port Beilun Port and Tongsan Expressway.
Junling Mould is a medium-sized privately-owned enterprise that produces aluminium, magnesium and zinc alloy Die Casting mould specially as well as processing products, integrating the development, design, manufacture and processing into one entity.
The current business scope of our co***ny include universal machine parts, auto parts, motorcycle parts, electric tools parts and other die casting moulds. The annual production capability is 200 sets of die-casting moulds of 3500 tons or below.
The design software adopted by our co***ny is three dimensional UG, CAD and electronic drawing board for two dimensional and sensue-Rongtai type vacuum structure for design. We have introduced ANYCASTING mould flow analysis software to form CAD/CAE/CAP integrative design and manufacture procedure.
The main technology indexes for the design and manufacture of our co***ny:
We use SKD61 for carrier rod material; the hot processing hardness is HRc50to55; we use Punch carrier rod; we use DIEVAR produced by ASSAB co***ny for mould core material; the maximum precision for mould is 0.05mm, and the maximum precision for mould core is 0.02mm.

1, 10 CNC mills, and one double-housing processing center
2, 10 linear-cutting machines, and 2 low-speed linear-cutting machines
